Climate Justice = Racial Justice

The theme chosen by the RA Summer Exhibition’s coordinator, Alison Wilding RA, was ‘Climate’. Whether as a crisis or opportunity, or simply our everyday experience, it is an all-embracing subject. This was my second RA Summer Exhibition work, it was shown in the first room selected by Bill Woodrow RA.

In response to the theme, I wanted to connect the fact that those that have the least contribution to climate change are those that will suffer the most from it. The links between what is talked about and seen in one space, and what isn't. The connection to the environment and unconnected from the people most affected, simultaneously.
